  1. Client Responsibilities

To engage our services, you must:

  1. Fees and Payment

Service Charges : The service agreement or quotation will specify the fees for our services.
Payment Terms: Payments are to be made according to the schedule of payments in the service contract.
Fees that are not refundable : All fees are non-refundable after work begins, unless stated otherwise.
Government Fees: All fees charged by third parties or the government (visas, licenses, etc.). The client is responsible for any fees that may be charged by the government or third parties (visa, licenses, etc.).

No guarantee of outcome While we strive to be the best, we cannot guarantee approval of visas or licenses.
Dependencies of Third Parties : We do not accept responsibility for any delays or problems caused by third parties or government agencies.
Accuracy : We are not responsible if you make errors or omissions.

We are committed in protecting your business and personal information. Your information will only be used to deliver our services, except when required by law or if you consent. Your information may be shared with third parties such as government agencies to provide the requested services.

Hers Consultancy We reserve the rights to terminate service for non-payment or false information.
The client may terminate the services by giving written notice. This is subject to any obligations contained in the service contract. The Client is still responsible for payment of work performed.

Hers Consultancy will not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from our services. Our liability is only limited to the price paid for the service that led to the claim.

  1. Indemnification

By agreeing to indemnify Hers Consultancy, you agree not to hold Hers Consultancy responsible for any claims, damages or expenses that may arise from:

  1. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
